		<description>This is a great idea.  You know, aside from the obvious health issues with not having clean drinking water is the sometimes overlooked immense portion of a day that is taken from a person to fetch clean water in cities and villages where there are sometimes miles between a home and clean water. This is time taken from doing otherwise more productive activities such as trying to earn a living.  Even sadder is that this laborious task very often falls on women and young girls.
